Who do you call if components fail during the warranty period?

Sometimes things go wrong. And when they do, it's nice to know who to contact. All of the 3rd party components that go in to your unit have their own warranty policy and contact numbers. Here's how and where to find that information!

  • Start by logging in to your MyLTV Account. If you haven't set one up yet, click here to find out how

  • Once logged in to your MyLTV account, select "Product Resources" from the side menu

  • Scroll down in the main window until you see "3rd Party Digital Manuals & Resources"

From there, you should be able to find the “Component Supplier Contact and Warranty” sheet, with all the components, supplier names, and contact information in one spot!
